Team Strength & Conditioning Program
BURNfit Athletics’ strength and conditioning program is a top of the line training platform for increasing athletic performance (Speed, Agility, Strength and power) while simultaneously decreasing risk of injury.

Athletes go through basic coordination progressions to improve movement quality and proper mechanics. This is followed by more sport specific training to increase athletic performance.
Trainer’s Knowledge & Experience:
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA)
Two years Sports Performance experience with Division I athletics
Over ten years combined experience instructing CrossFit (CF-L2) and Personal Training
BURNfit Athletics provides a motivating atmosphere that is family friendly. Sportsmanship and personal development are also cornerstones of this program. Athletes will often be tasked that challenge their communication and leadership skills in a fun and engaging way.

For those who wish to have one-on-one training or just some additional instruction, our coaches are Certified Personal Trainers who will work with your busy schedules and life demands to help you meet your fitness goals.
Personal training packages are available for individuals and for small groups (2-5).
