CROSSFIT:

Designed to challenge you physically & Mentally- competitive and high intensity

(1 hr)

CROSSFIT 101-Appointment Only

Teaches fundamentals of Crossfit (1 hr)

HEAT:

High Intensity interval training; cardio and muscular endurance.

OLYMPIC LIFTING:

Specialty Olympic Lifting class intended to reinforce technique in Snatch, Clean, & Jerk (1hr)

BURN:

 X- Functioning Training; Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, and Cardio.

IGNITE:

ABS class that focuses on core development and strength (20min)
