Nutrition Program



Our Coaches are here to help you learn the basics of nutrition while teaching you long-term strategies to build healthy eating habits. Our program is designed for people of all health and fitness levels and can be tailored to fit your personal needs. We believe that the keys to helping you reach your goals are: Education, Motivation, & Support. The BURNfit Athletics Nutrition program includes four basic tenets:

  1. Learning Basic Nutrition Info: Your Nutrition Coach will begin by teaching you the pillars of nutrition starting with eating more whole foods and eat less processed foods. Whole food nutrition is a solid foundation but keep in mind that regardless of your eating style (vegan, vegetarian, Paleo, gluten-free) everyone benefits from learning about basic nutrition. 

  2. Fostering Behavior Change: Our program’s goal is long-term and permanent success. We help you build easily replicable healthy habits like drinking water every day, cooking meals at home and eating more veggies. Many people have some ideas about basic nutrition but have no idea how to make it fit their lifestyle. The coaches at BURNfit will help you make it routine.

  3. Nutrition Tracking: Learn how to eat the foods you want and like, via weighing & tracking your food intake. You decide what you eat and how much of it you want to eat... we will teach you how to measure and track it.

  4. Consistent Support: You won’t be alone and this is not an online only program! Your Nutrition Coach will help you navigate your journey while teaching you how to make healthier and lasting choices. You'll get unlimited email, text and even phone support from your Macro Coach with in person meetings as needed as well. The most important aspect of any nutrition program is consistency. We are here to keep you on track every day, week month and year.


Do I have to keep a food log? 

In an effort to help your coach maximize your success by tracking your habits and progress throughout each week we encourage our clients to use the MyFitnessPal app.  

Do I have to follow a specific diet?
No. There is no specific diet required in our program and no food is off limits. Moderation and awareness of your consumption is our main focus instead.

What kind of support will I get?
This can be done via email, text, facetime or over the phone. Our goal is to set you up for success while holding you accountable. The job of our nutrition coaches includes day-to-day motivation, support, reminders, follow-up in person meetings and ultimately keeping you on the right track.

Will I get a meal plan?
No. Our Coaches are not registered dieticians therefore cannot give specific meal plans but can instead focus on Macros that give you broader healthy food options.

Who is this program for?
Working with a Coach is for anyone who is looking to improve their health. You do not need to be a member of BURNfit Athletics or to be currently exercising to enter and benefit from our nutrition program.


All packages include an intro in person meeting and evaluation followed by coaching, education, follow up meetings, motivation, unlimited contact and support throughout the time frame.
