BURN

The BURN class is our most popular, and it will challenge you mentally and physically. It is specifically designed for all fitness levels; this functional class is perfect for  beginners as well as more experienced athletes

This class is designed to challenge you both mentally and physically-- constantly varied functional movements preformed at high intensity.

HEAT: High Intensity Interval Training

 

The HEAT class is designed to challenge your cardio endurance, muscular endurance, and stamina while promoting weight loss and an improved physique.
 
Trainers use different concepts, incorporating body weight plyometric movements and light to moderate resistance training. Dumbbells, kettle bells and resistance bands are just some of the equipment you will use during HEAT!
SPARTAN SGX

 

BURNfit Athletics is proud to be a SPARTAN Certified gym, and we are excited to offer the SPARTAN SGX class composed of a multitude of indoor obstacles!
 
Whether you are training for the next SPARTAN race or simply looking for a new type of challenge, SPARTAN SGX is for you. Specifically designed walls, ropes, low crawls, and hurdles are combined with rowers, running, tires, and other exercises.
SPIN

 

This class is anything BUT a normal spin class... Intervals and tempo keep your body guessing and your mind focused to push past limits. SPIN is guaranteed to challenge the most experienced riders as well as being tailored to novice spinners.
STRENGTH CLUB

 

Structured power lifting program designed to improve strength​, technique, and performance.

- Learn proper lifting techniques from experts
- Push yourself in a way that combines mobility, strength, power, and conditioning
- Shatter goals and become stronger while in a completely judgment-free      environment
This class is perfect for all types including advanced training and beginning lifters!

IGNITE

 

20 intense minutes based on building ABS and CORE STRENGTH!
B-fit FUSION

 

Improve athletic performance by developing core strength, flexibility, and mobility while utilizing yoga and Pilates movements.
 

BURNFIT KIDS

With Youth Conditioning Specialists and experienced coaches, BURNfit provides a unique service for our younger athletes. 

 

We combine speed, agility, strength and endurance training

for our growing stars.

BURNfit Athletics is proud to provide a regulation Futsal field for youth and adult soccer as well as 7 regulation sized cheer mats. Ideal for:

TURF and nets are perfect for softball, cheerleading, LAX, field hockey, football, track, and even golf!
